If you do some research, you'll find that many of the issues with composting meat are actually bacterial in nature and can be resolved through slow cooking, dehydration, and cutting into smaller bits.

I should mention that the way we typically deal with decaying corpses of any kind out here in the hinterlands is to just toss them into the bush. Eagles, rats, and stray dogs are incredibly efficient at locating and breaking down complex biomass.
