If not, if it has just been inertia, should we start a project to get one written?

If I understand the rules of Wikipedia (and I'm not sure I do) developers of Hubzilla (or Zot) are not permitted to write an entry, since that would be considered a form of promotion rather than the more objective documentation that Wikipedia aims to provide. I assume, however, that not everyone using Hubzilla is a developer -- I certainly am not.
As I begin to try to convince people (beyond my wife) to start using Hubzilla it would be helpful to be able to refer them to a Wikipedia entry; it would confer a sort of external validation on the project.
I'm not prepared to write an entry by myself. For one thing, with only a few weeks' experience using Hubzilla I don't feel I know nearly enough about it to write with authority. I would be happy to contribute to a team effort to write one, though.
Is anyone else interested in getting such a project started?
