I've seen several people say that Hubzilla is a multipurpose application platform that can support many different use cases, of which social media happens to be the most popular at present. In contrast, Zap and Osada are social media platforms.
I've been looking for information or examples regarding those additional use cases, but I can't find much. Waitman Gobble wrote an excellent article a year ago:
It's like totally time to build your web site on Hubzilla. That was great, but it does tell me I would never be able to figure out on my own how to build a simple website, since I don't have the coding skills.
Can anyone summarize the capabilities of Hubzilla, beyond the social media use case? Or, putting it a different way, what can I do with Hubzilla that I can't do with Zap/Osada?
Thanks!
