don´t see new uploaded photo in folders

After update to 4.0.1 I don´t see new uploaded photo in my folders.

If I upload a new photo I get the notice that the upload is completed 100% -
I get the note that the total number of photos in the selected folder is raises by one –
but if I kick on the folder I don´t see the new uploaded image

/admin/dbsync/ gives me:

“No failed updates.”

You can run the query manually in myphpadmin to be sure.

ALTER TABLE `photo` ADD `expires` datetime NOT NULL DEFAULT '0001-01-01 00:00:00' , 
                ADD INDEX `expires` (`expires`)
